What delivery service do you use?

Here, at SkinCareTotal.co.uk, we ensure that all your products arrive with you in time and in total discretion. This is why we use two of the largest delivery and logistic experts, Royal Mail and UPS.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, we show all costs including the total price of your shopping cart plus shipping costs throughout your checkout process.

Do I have to sign on delivery?

Yes, for both Royal Mail and UPS deliveries, we require that you sign on delivery. This is to confirm that you have received your package. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, Royal Mail is able to arrange delivery for a day that is convenient for you.

What payment options are available?

We offer a wide range of payment options so that you are able to choose the one that is right for you. Choose from Debit/Credit Card, Cheque/Postal Order, Bank Transfer or Pay by Cash (Pay Point).
